FACT - If awareness is the first step towards improving every area of our lives, what are the key components of awareness? Truth and transparency.
One of my favorite quotes of all time is from Richard Feynman who said this:

Regular review reflection will lead us to a crossroads, one where we have a choice to continue on the path we are currently on or choose another. Without regular review and reflection, we are traveling in the dark, not knowing the direction we are headed or where we’ll end up.
I don’t know about you, but when I wake up in the morning and reflect on the life I have lived and the life I am living, I want to not only be crystal fucking clear on where I am headed, but crystal fucking clear that the path I am on is going to take me exactly where I want to go.
